Receive Files

1. Recipient get an email with details on how to get the files. Click on the provided link. A web browser will open. If not, check your pop-up settings.

1. A connection will be established to the sender.

If the sender is offline, then the message will be unavailable. An email notification will be sent to the sender. In this case, you may want to install the desktop app so that files automatically transfer to you when the sender comes back online.

1. If the contact is online then the message and files will show



2. Clicking on a file will either start downloading it or show it in a media player(if the file is HTML5 playable media).

3. Shows files in list view.
4. Shows files in icon view.


Hover the mouse over any Action item to view the details about that action. Choose the method with which you wish to download the files.

Files - Icon View

Icon view loads 10 files at a time. Icon view will be shown by default if more than half files are images.

File - Media Play

HTML5 media can be played without downloading the file. Clicking a HTML5 media file will launch the player. The browser must support HTML5 media playback. The shared media file must be HTML5 media compatible.
