Terms

  1. All purchases are final. We do not offer any refunds. You have 1 GB free to try the product before making a purchase.
  2. You can purchase on behalf of another user. Ensure that you enter the correct email address in the "Apply to account/email" field. Example: If your account id is "user1@binfer.com" and you are purchasing for yourself then the "Apply to account/email" field should be: user1@binfer.com. However, if you are purchasing on behalf of "user2@binfer.com" then the "Apply to account/email" field should be: user2@binfer.com.
  3. We use PayPal for all payment processing. The paid license is applied only when PayPal notifies us that the payment is processed. We will send you email confirmation when your payment is applied. We do not save any credit card or bank account information.
  4. We reserve the right to change the pricing and/or terms at any time.
  5. Usage is measured by the amount of data sent to each contact. Example: If you send a 100 MB file to two contacts then the usage will be 100 MB x 2 users = 200 MB.
  6. Usage is counted in bytes. Example: 1 MB = 1048576 bytes, 1 GB = 1024 MB = 1073741824 bytes and so on.
  7. Received data is not counted in usage. It is free.
  8. Quota from your Free license is applied towards usage first, then from Pay Per Use license and finally from the Monthly license, in case you have purchased multiple licenses.
  9. If you cancel a monthly plan, you will still be able to use of your remaining quota until the end date of the cycle. There are no partial refunds.
  10. There is no charge for the software.
  11. This purchase policy is in addition to the End User License Agreement.
  12. Both PAID and FREE plans offer same features.
